Workout Day 4…there is a 6:30 am now???

So earlier today, I got up, got in the shower, and started getting ready for work. Then it hit me – tonight, I am going straight from work to Scouts, then a friend’s BD celebration. Meaning I won’t get home until late. When the heck am I suppose to work out?

My long, sleepy shower became a quick one, as I got on the workout clothes, and started Day 4. As much as I wanted to skip, I just could not. Not in the first week! Back to the dumbbells today:

  • Dumbbell step up – 3 sets of 12
  • Dumbbell floor press – 3 sets of 12
  • Seated Dumbbell press – 3 sets of 12
  • Standing 1 leg dumbbell calf raise – 3 sets of 15, each leg
  • Dumbbell shrub – 3 sets of 15
  • Dumbbell side bends – 3 sets of 15

Overall, it was a good workout. The Step Ups were tough, as I don’t have a bench at home, so I had to use a dining room chair – it is a big step, especially when your body is asleep. Also, the calf things were hard, as I don’t have a bar, so I just did them on the stairs. Oh, and barefoot of course!

Anyway, 4th day in!
